Wills and Memorandums: What Happens When You Die?

What is a Will? A will is a legal document that explains your assets after your death. It basically outlines who gets what, and when.

Of course, everyone needs a will because what you want and what the government does with your assets at the time of your death are two completely different things; this is why everyone should at least have a will.

We suggest you also have a memorandum on personal property. This is a simple agreement which explains how you would like your non-titled assets, such as rings, weapons, china, etc, to be treated after you die. This can relieve a lot pain and problems for your family when you’re gone.
