Congratulations to Miles Mason Family Law Group associate attorneys Joseph W. Smith and William G. Buie IV on their victory before the Tennessee Court of Appeals! We represented the mother, a California resident, in a complex multi-state child custody dispute involving the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act, (“UCCJEA”) and the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act, (“UIFSA”).
