TKO Miller, LLC Announces Promotions

Nick Kozik promoted to Director; Aaron Cranfill promoted to Vice President; and Charlie Lorge promoted to Senior Associate. 

MILWAUKEE, WI. – TKO Miller, LLC, a middle-market investment banking firm based in Milwaukee, WI, announced today the promotion of Nick Kozik to Director, Aaron Cranfill to Vice President, and Charlie Lorge to Senior Associate. 

These promotions come amidst continued growth activity in the mergers and acquisitions market and will position TKO Miller on a clear growth path for the future while advancing the company’s strategic position.  

Nick Kozik has been with TKO Miller since its inception in 2015. Nick has advised on 40+ active M&A transactions totaling roughly $1.0 billion in aggregate transaction value. Nick’s transaction experience spans multiple industries, with a particular focus on industrial and construction products/services, software/technology, and consumer products. In 2020, Nick was named one of America’s Rising Dealmakers by Global M&A Network. 

Aaron Cranfill started at TKO Miller in Spring of 2018 as an analyst. He has more than eight years of M&A transaction experience and has advised on 30 active M&A transactions across multiple industries including plastic and metal manufacturing, flexible packaging, building products, software/technology, and consumer products.

Charlie Lorge joined TKO Miller as an analyst in 2019 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.S. in Economics. Charlie has been an integral part of the completion of numerous M&A transactions at TKO Miller in the business services, consumer products, and industrial services industries.
