KRQE News recently interviewed L4SB attorney, Johnn Osborn with regard to the recent appeals to Albuquerque City Zoning laws that historically have prevented cannabis stores from opening within 600 Feet of each other.

Mr. Osborn and Cannabis Law
A licensed attorney in New Mexico since 2010, Mr. Osborn has a breadth of experience in both civil and criminal law. Having graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law, Johnn is currently focusing on business issues with an emphasis on cannabis law, Johnn served the public as a prosecutor for nearly a decade, devoting his practice to drug reform on both the state and national level.
