Kelsey O’Gorman Joins TKO Miller, LLC
MILWAUKEE, WI. – Kelsey O’Gorman has joined the team at TKO Miller, LLC, a middle-market investment banking firm based in Milwaukee, WI, as Senior Associate.

Prior to joining TKO Miller, Kelsey spent six years as an associate and business lawyer in the Milwaukee office of Foley & Lardner LLP where she was a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation group, focusing her practice on executive compensation for private and public companies. While at Foley, she provided deal support on over 30 M&A transactions.
Kelsey earned her J.D. in 2016 from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Summa Cum Laude. She received her B.S. in Business Administration in 2013 from Marquette University, Summa Cum Laude, where she double majored in finance and business economics and earned the Golden Key Award for graduating with the highest grade point average from the School of Business.
Kelsey’s appointment builds upon the recent growth of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice. In 2022, TKO Miller experienced a record-breaking year, executing 12 transactions.
