Judgment Free Bankruptcy in Minneapolis, Minnesota

At LifeBack Law, we don’t judge you, we help you get your life back. This is not just a slogan for us, but something we stand by and adhere to.

We see all sorts of problems that bring clients to bankruptcy—divorces, addictions, business losses, medical problems, and various financial decisions. We do not judge you or what brought you to bankruptcy but instead will help you find solutions to your financial predicament.

How filing works with us:
First, you will do a free consultation with either a paralegal and attorney or an attorney. During the consultation, you will be asked questions about assets, debts, and income, and then you will receive advice about your situation.

After your free consultation, you will complete a review and sign an appointment. This is where you will walk through the entire filing with your attorney and will go through any remaining questions you have before the case being filed.

After the case is filed, you will have your 341 hearing, which is about a month after filing. You will receive instructions from the firm for your hearing, and your attorney will reach out to you beforehand with sample questions you will likely be asked.

In a Chapter 7 case, your discharge will occur roughly 60 days after your hearing. In a Chapter 13 case, your discharge will occur 3-5 years after filing.

When you file bankruptcy with LifeBack Law Firm, you are hiring a firm that will not only not judge you but also be with you for each step of your bankruptcy case.
