Jones Robb PLLC is seeking a registered patent attorney or patent agent with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for a full-time opportunity. Flexible hours and remote option available.
Duties Include:
Responsibilities include preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications, including strategic patent portfolio development, and working on other patent-related counseling matters, including opinions and post-grant projects.
Qualifications Required:
Qualified candidates will have the ability to work with a team and preferably have a technical background in any of the following: physics, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer/data science.
Candidates must also have good academic records and five or more years of significant experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
Ideal candidates will have a graduate degree and experience with complex Patent Office proceedings, client counseling with opinion drafting, and/or other related patent practice experience.
