Brian Gleason, CTP, is a Senior Managing Director at Phoenix Management, a part of J.S. Held. He joined the company as part of J.S. in October 2023. Held acquired Phoenix Management Services. Brian is a Certified Turnaround Professional. He has participated or managed more than 250 turnaround engagements in the past 28 years, using his executive, financial, operational and negotiating skills. He has extensive experience in interim management positions, including CROs, CEOs, COOs, and CFOs of sponsor-backed, publicly reported, and privately held entities. He has served as a board member for many companies, both private and public. He is often called upon to perform these roles when there are significant changes in the company or at the board.
