Highlights

In December of last year, USCIS published a final rule in the Federal Register announcing the filing fee increase for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, to account for inflation.

Effective February 26, 2024, the final rule increases the premium processing fees as follows:

Please note if USCIS receives a Form I-907 Request for Premium Processing Service, postmarked on or after February 26, 2024, with the incorrect filing fee, the agency will reject the Form I-907 and return the filing fee to the sender. For filings sent by commercial courier (such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL), the postmark date is the date reflected on the courier receipt.
