Harrity & Harrity, LLP is Seeking a Remote Patent Prosecution Professional – IPWatchdog.com
Harrity & Harrity, LLP is looking for experienced superstar patent professionals (attorneys, agents, and engineers) to draft patent and/or prosecute applications for leading global technology companies in the electrical/mechanical space, including numerous Patent 300® companies. This position is 100% remote, flexible hours, and full-time (1600+ hours) with benefits.
Duties:
- Draft and/or prosecute high quality patent applications in electrical, mechanical, software, telecomm, and semiconductor related technologies
- Produce a reasonable volume of work in an efficient and timely manner
- Conduct inventor and/or examiner interviews
- Interact with Patent 300® Clients
Who You Are:
- You have substantial (3+ years) of recent patent preparation experience in software and/or semiconductor-related technologies
- You can draft full patent applications from scratch in an efficient manner
- You have solid experience conducting inventor and/or examiner interviews, drafting figures, and identifying the most important
- aspects of a new invention
- You are located in and authorized to work in the United States
- Registration to practice before the USPTO is a plus
- Former Patent Examiner experience is a plus
- 4G/5G experience is a plus
- You can get going quickly with minimal training
